DDE/CSI/PPTN Access is fully compliant with all CMS, Medicare, DME and HIPAA requirements.
When is DDE/CSI/PPTN Access available?
24 hours a day – 7 days a week - 365 days a year – 8760 hours a year when CMS provides.
Where is DDE/CSI/PPTN Access available?
In all 50 US states and all US territories - receive Medicare connection on your PC, Laptop, anywhere an internet connection is available.
What equipment do I need?
Episode Alert™ DDE/CSI/PPTN Access was designed to work from any apparatus with an internet connection. If you have Internet you have instant DDE/MECCA/CSI/PPTN Access.
What web browser can I use?
Internet Explorer 6 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher.
How much will this cost me?
Medicare DDE/CSI/PPTN Access is $39.95 per month.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
HIPAA compliance prohibits a 3 day free trail for Episode Alert™ DDE/CSI/PPTN Access. There is however the 3 day free trial for Real-Time Eligibility - more information available on our Eligibility pages.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no contract or hidden fees. You can cancel service at any time with no penalty.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. As we only accept payments online, we are not able to accept a P.O., or invoice you. We do not accept PayPal.
Are there per-user fees?
No, the plan pricing is for an unlimited amount of users. For example, the Plus plan is $49/month for up to 250 transactions - that means you pay $49/month total - no matter how many users you have!
Is Batch Medicare eligibility available?
Yes, Batch Medicare eligibility is available with any plan.
